This notice explains how Streetwash handles information submitted through the placement request form.

What we collect. Business name, contact email, package preference, desired location, permission status, campaign reason, optional message, uploaded artwork, placement terms acceptance and optional marketing consent.

Why we collect it. To review location suitability, permission requirements, artwork feasibility and to respond to your request. Uploaded artwork is stored for quotation and execution purposes.

Legal basis. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a service agreement. Marketing messages are only sent with separate consent.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. Service providers used to operate the website (for example hosting, storage and transactional email) process data only as needed to deliver those services.

Retention. Lead and artwork records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and related business records, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

Your rights. Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact hello@streetwash.nl.

Cookies / analytics. This site does not set unnecessary tracking cookies by default. Analytics remain disabled unless explicitly configured.
